Linux Download Player Troubleshooting

Having problems with your Linux Download Player?

Most of the issues reported to us can be easily detected and resolved on location by you.

If your Linux Download Player fails to start correctly, please check the following:

  1. Is your device connected powered on and connected to the in internet? - Ensure the Power and Network cables are plugged in securely.

  2. Is the SDcard present and securely input to the slot on the front of the player?
  3. Is the audio output (that connects to your audio system) securely plugged in? - Attempt to plug in some headphones and see if you can hear the music playing to eliminate an audio equipment issue.
  4. Attempt to reboot the player. Pull the power cable out of the back of the player, wait for 30 seconds then plug it back in. The player may take a couple of minutes to begin audio playback.
